Ask yourself the morning empowering Questions.
Take as much time to fully experience them.
"Who / what am I most happy / excited / proud / grateful / enjoying / committed about in my life now? What about that / him / her makes me happy / excited / proud / grateful / enjoying / committed? How does that / he / she make me feel?" -
Teach your brain how to operate the way you want
automatically by using the Swish pattern. This
can be done both visually and kineastetically.
This is how the swish pattern works:
- Visualize how you will look at your ultimate. Feel your body as if you were already there.
- See what you have and do currently. Identify the details that disempower you. When you do not feel so good, what do you do? Imagine yourself doing what you want to change.
- See yourself almost doing it and then pushing it away. Say "No! I am in control!" Picture both the empowering and the disempowering moments. See the unhappy picture clear, bright and large. Put the happy picture in a corner, make it dim and small. Get your body in the disempowered state. Then break the small picture through the large unhappy picture and make it clear, bright and large, smashing the unhappy picture literally into pieces. Powerfully change your body in the empowered state. Say "Woosh!" or "Boom!" Repeat this step faster and faster until you are totally empowered.
- Start noticing how you feel. You change how you feel by changing your focus and by changing you Physiology.

Ask yourself the morning empowering Questions.
Take as much time to fully experience them.
- If things get challenging, you are on the verve of a breakthrough! You will always screw up sometime and that is exactly when you have to persist! Think about it as evidence of making progress instead of giving up. Make a truly committed decision and say "I've had it! No more! This needs to be dealt with right away!"
- Words say how you feel. By using the word problem you focus on the reasons to fail. Instead use the word challenge so you focus on the possibilities to succeed.
- There are no failures. There is only feedback and unexpected results. Learn from these moments.
- Reward yourself for what you have achieved already, whether it is a short term challenge or a long term challenge.
- The decision you make right now is the most important of all. What do you have to do to make it work?

Method for turning problems into challenges:
- What is great about this problem? What could be great about this problem?
- What's not perfect yet? Presuppose you will make it perfect.
- What are you willing to do to make it the way you want it? Do not force yourself but create a desire to solve the problem.
- What are you willing to no longer do in order to make it the way you want it?
- How can you enjoy the process while you make the results happen?
- Spend 95% of the time on the solution and only 5% on the problem.
- "The better quality questions you ask the better quality answers you get!"
- You cannot change something you are unaware of.
- Do the things and you will have the power! You are pro-active. You decide about your life.
- "The few will do, the many will talk."
- Apply variable reinforcement. Reinforcement is rewarding yourself for the things you do so you keep doing them. Variable reinforcement works better than fixed reinforcement because you surprise yourself - you do not fall into a habit that becomes boring. So, celebrate your first month of freedom and celebrate on your 1 year mark. Reward yourself for the tasks you accomplished.
